Welcome!
I’m glad you are here and I’m curious where your journey will take you.
As a professional coach I will be happy to accompany you on your life’s journey. Whether you are here for work or personal reasons, I will help you.
Athletes need coaches to succeed
You’ve come across coaches in sport. A really good coach guides a team or an individual to achieve their goals. And no goal is too big. Success in a tournament, running a particular time or improving technique, and so on. The most successful athletes have a coach. And that’s what I do. Except I don’t shout at my clients. That’s right, coaches shout a lot to drive their charges, particularly during a race. If you’ve ever competed in a sport then you know what I mean.
I ask questions
I ask the questions, you have the answers. Don’t worry, as an impartial business and life coach I won’t shout at you. In fact, without judging you at all I will listen to your story and, through sophisticated techniques and a brilliant conversation we’ll gain a completely new perspective on the matter in hand.
Still sounds complicated? It’s actually easy: just bring your issue to me, whatever it might be. Trying to build your career at work, you’re leading a new project, or managing a new team? Or a private issue? Inter-family relationships, breaking a habit, finally learning French or you want to lose weight? I can help you with all that and more. We’ll unpack everything in a confidential and safe environment and you will go away with a new perspective and real motivation for change. And, even better, you’ll have a clear idea, a plan, how to go about it.
Athletes hire coaches to make their dreams come true. What’s stopping you?

“When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.”
